With little man's b-day fast approaching I need to get started making his invites. So I took him outside in the crummy weather yesterday for a quick photoshoot. Since it's a cowboy themed party I grabbed some decorations from his cowboy themed room, dressed him in his pearl-snap shirt, put on his cowboy boots and went for it. It took him all of about 5 minutes before he got pretty bored so I had to work quick. I didn't get much but here are 2 that are in the running to make it onto the invitations. There are still plenty more that I haven't gotten to edit yet, so there may be some more "good ones" in there. I am thinking about re-shooting because I originally wanted these taken in the back of Bill's old Chevy, so maybe this weekend I will have more to share. I am also dying to try off camera flash outside since I found out my camera and flash can sync without wires, but I need Bill there to hold it for me, haha.
Here they are... YeeHaw.

To edit I used and action called "Old West" from Pioneer Woman Photography. You have to check out her blog and actions, they are free and AMAZING! I don't think one picture I have edited in the last 6 months has been finished without one of her actions.
Here's the link to get the 2 sets for yourself... Pioneer Woman Photography Action Sets
